AC/DC - Back in Black 1980 (Remastered 1995) 9/10

After 37 years, you'd think it might sound dated in light of modern production. It sounds flawless as least in term of the mixing, everything is right where you'd expect it. This isn't an attempt at high art, it is pounding hard rock and about as good as it gets. "Hells Bells", "Shoot to Thrill" are my favorites, but you can't really get yourself in trouble with any of the songs. The scoring system is one I can't lay claim too, it's borrowed from the Rock and Roll Geek Show (where it was borrowed from someone else). It might be borrowed, but it's simple and effective. I'll rate a song a +1 if I like it, one/half if I kind of like it, zero if it's flat out terrible or I just don't feel it. So with a ten ...
